How to use:

• Ensure that the device is correctly applied to the neck in contact with the skin to activate the massage. The device offers 3 different massage options so that you can switch between them with the thermal heating feature.

• Press the Mood button once on the remote control and then control the strength of the massage by pressing the + sign repeatedly until sensation and reaching the appropriate level.
